Built by Someone Who Wore a Retainer for 30 Years.
Brishy was founded by Alan Katz, an entrepreneur and lifelong dental appliance wearer who got tired of the same two options: soak it and hope for the best, or spend $100 on a countertop device that still left bacteria behind.
After researching biofilm — the sticky bacterial layer that actually causes odor, yellowing, and hygiene problems on aligners and retainers — Alan set out to build something better. Something mechanical. Something that worked the same way brushing your teeth works: through physical friction, not just chemicals.
The result is BrishyCase™ — a patent-pending mechanical cleaning case that scrubs dental appliances clean in 60-90 seconds using medical-grade silicone micro-brushes and BrishyFoam™, a hydrogen peroxide-based cleaning foam that is independently lab-tested to eliminate 99.999% of bacteria.

The Science Behind Brishy
BrishyFoam™ was independently tested by NOA Testing & Inspection Technology Ltd. against three of the most common dental appliance pathogens — Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans. Results showed greater than 99.999% bacterial reduction in 60 seconds, exceeding ISO standard thresholds for all three organisms tested.
